I caught Alan Greenspan being ushered out of a hotel service entrance by secret service agents. I snapped his picture before he ducked into his limo. Later, I took a great still of an old gas lamp at the Alamo. It's a favorite. When not taking pictures, I came upon a Mariachi band playing outdoors near the end of the Riverwalk. I listened for half and hour, then bought one of their CDs. From there back to the hotel, along the famed Riverwalk, I also encountered the San Fernando Cathedral, the first parish in Texas where many of the heros of the Alamo are interred.
